How To – totemomail® - Setting up a certificate in Outlook

Open MS Outlook

Click on “File”

Click on “Options”

Click on “Trust Center”

Click on “Trust Center Settings”

Click on “Email security” and then “Settings”

Click on “Choose” and make sure you have selected the “CG TM Root” certificate.

Click on “OK”

Repeat steps 1-3 after selecting the selecting the second “Choose” button. (Step 4)

Step 5 – Click on OK and close all the open windows.

Start a new mail and go to “Options” as shown below. The encryption button should now show up in the menu. If not restart MS Outlook.
